Welcome to Travelissimo – we aim to provide an insight into some of the great places we have visited. We try to avoid the obvious tourist attractions. Our focus is more on the lesser-known and more interesting parts of the world.
We are not travel professionals, just enthusiastic amateurs, holding down day jobs and making the most of our free time. We’ll aim to provide insight into places both in the UK and further-flung locations.
This website has been some time in the making, so it’s ironic that the only time that we have had to put it together was during Covid lock-down. Who would release a travel website during a travel lockdown? Well, us!
